Patna: As many as 70 youth delegates from China will first time witness the Bihar Assembly session on February 29. They will learn the significance of the parliamentary democracy.

Assembly speaker Uday Narayan Chaudhary told reporters that the Chinese youth will be introduced to the historical perspective of the assembly and informed about the parliamentary system.

Notably, apart from the first and the last assembly session, everyday 50 students from various districts of the state come to witness the proceedings of the House. The Education Department selects the students who could attend the sessions.

The Chinese delegates will include some businessmen and doctors as well.
