The results were announced on May 17 last year. Hence, the students are expecting the results by mid-May.

The results will be announced on the official website of CISCE. All you need to do is log on to or and fill your Index numbers followed by roll numbers or registration numbers in the related fields to get access to your complete mark-list.

Like last year, the council is expected to announce SMS service also for providing results on mobile phones.

The Council has brought remarkable changes in its evaluation system from this year by introducing several examination processes online. According to the Council, this will make the evaluation and examination procedures more transparent accurate and time saving. Besides, it will also fill the time gap between exams and results, the authorities said.

Lakhs of students had appeared for the ICSE examinations, conducted between March 3 and March 29 this year.

The CISCE Board conducts two examinations in India and abroad- Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and Indian School Certificate (ISC) for class 10th and class 12th respectively.

Highlights of ICSE Results 2013

•    Pass percentage was 98.20 percent
•    Pass percentage was 100 percent abroad
•    Southern region had the best performance with 99.66 percent
•    Western region had 99.46 pass percentage
•    Eastern region had 98.02 pass percentage followed by Northern region (97.30 percent)
