"Candidates who have qualified for the personality test of civil services (main) examination, 2014 are advised to download their e-summon letter and its attachments for the personality test. No summon letter is being sent by post," it cited.

The civil services examination is conducted annually by the UPSC to select officers for Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS) and Indian Police Service (IPS) among others.

The examination is conducted in three stages -- preliminary, main and personality test. The results of civil services (main) examination, 2014 were declared on April 12.

"The qualified candidates who are unable to download their e-summon letters from the Commission's website at least five days before the commencement of the said personality test
or interview should immediately contact the Office of the Commission," it added.

The personality test is likely to commence on Monday.

The candidates will be required to produce the original certificates in support of their claims pertaining to age, educational qualifications, community, physical handicap andother documents such as questionnaire, attestation form and TA form, etc. at the time of their personality test, the UPSC said.
