Moradabad: Dispute over taking out processions led to a violent clash between two communities in Moradabad district on Friday.

Both the groups also engaged in brick-batting and waved firearms which further tensed the situation. Around half-dozen people got injured in the clash.

An inspector and four constables survived the violent crowd. After receiving the information, Moradabad district administration dispatched senior police officers accompanied by units of armed forces at the spot to control the situation.
