Singh also said that the government will do everything to ensure that both Houses of Parliament run smoothly.

Meanwhile, BJP on Tuesday said that it would vocally raise coal scam, the alleged misuse of CBI and IB, among other issues during the Winter Session.

"The BJP will raise all important people's issues in the coming session of Parliament. We will take up the coal scam in a big way, the government not acting against the Prime Minister, but acting against the officers who are known to be honest and the harassment meted out to people who are not amenable to their pressure," senior BJP leader M Venkaiah Naidu said.

The Winter Session will begin on December 05 and end on December 20.

The Winter Session will reportedly have 12 sittings in which government is likely to introduce a bill to create a separate Telangana state.

The Women's Reservation Bill has been listed for the session too.

This will be the second last session of the 15th Lok Sabha as general elections are due in 2014.

The Opposition had created huge pandemonium in the both the Houses of Parliament over several alleged scams unearthed in the UPA regime.
