Shimla: Demanding the resignation of  Health Minister Dr Rajiv Bindal over his alleged involvement in corruption, the Congress for the fourth consecutive day of the Budget Session has refrained from participating in the proceedings of the House by staging a walk out thereafter.

The Congress shouted slogans against the BJP leader for his alleged involvement in corruption and demanded for his resignation. Both the BJP and the Congress legislators, including ministers, on Tuesday had exchanged heated arguments on the corruption issues.

In the early proceedings of the house, State assembly Speaker Tulsi Ram was requested by the Opposition to bring the corruption issue on records. Even after a slugfest, the Question Hour continued and the Congress leaders vociferously alleged the BJP leader for his involvement in the corruption.

However, the Congress continued to raise slogans in the Well against the BJP by accusing Health minister Dr Rajiv Bindal of his corrupt practices.
