New Delhi, (JNN/Bureau): After biting the dust in Uttarakhand Assembly polls, the Congress party has begun its ground work for coming elections. As a process of preparation, the Congress has not just thought of ending the in-house rivalry but has also started preparing the ‘chargesheet’ of BJP failures, the main opposing party. However, conducting rallies are also on the cards.

These steps were decided in the Coordination Committee meeting of Congress which was held to plan for the Assembly polls scheduled to be held on February 2012. The Coordination Committee is also expecting the polls by the end of this year.

Coordination Committee member and MP, Vijay Bahuguna said that the next Coordination Committee meeting would be held in Dehradun within ten days.
