New Delhi: With poll dates round the corner Congress with an aim to strengthen Rahul Gandhi’s image amongst the masses of Uttar Pradesh, has decided to release Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Vision 2020’ along with the party manifesto.

Rahul’s ‘Vision Document 2020’ will display party’s vision for UP’s overall development with a special motive of convincing people that Congress could bring a drastic change in the state if given a chance.

To win the confidence of the urban voters especially the middle class and the youth, Congress will release Rahul’s ‘Vision 2020’ in 10 cities including Lucknow, Meerut, Aligarh, Bareilly, Banaras, Gorakhpur, and Allahabad.

To ink this visionary document, Rahul has entitled the responsibility to Finance Minister Pranab Mukherji and Law minister Salman Khurshid.

Determined to bridge the social inequality amongst the backward classes and the Muslims, Congress has decided to release the plan in order to spread message across the urban voters that Congress is aiming at overall makeover of the state, covering all social issues directly affecting the urban voters like development, education, and employment.

Laying special emphasis on education, Congress will ensure setting up at least 1000 educational centers for skill development and will provide employment to lakhs of people in next 10 years.

The framework of the plan is such that it will work for the realization of the urban development, strengthening of the industrial structure, social and economic development and upliftment of women in the state.

To portray Rahul Gandhi’s plan in more realistic terms, Party has decided to present it in a special layout covering all the problems faced by a common man of the state. In this regard, a team led by Mukherji and Khurshid have already started working on the project to give it the best possible shape.
