Coolpad Max comes with Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz coupled with 4GB RAM to ensure that all apps run without any hiccups.The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system paired with Coolpad's custom user interface on top of it.The smartphone is fueled by a 2800mAh battery which, the company claims, can give up to 17 hours of talktime after charging once.

The smartphone also features "Quick Charge" which can help charge the battery by up to 65 percent in just 30 minutes. It has a 13MP rear camera with LED flash on the back and a 5MP front camera for selfie lovers. Coolpad Max also has a fingerprint scanner at the back and comes with all basic connectivity features like WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS, etc. The smartphone measures 7.6 mm in thickness and weighs around 170 grams.
