The final results are expected in the afternoon, election officials said.
Nearly 79 percent voter turnout was witnessed in the by-elections to the Haryana assembly from the Adampur and Ratia constituencies on November 30.

While Adampur in Hisar district recorded nearly 76 percent polling, the voting percentage in Ratia in Fatehabad district was nearly 82 percent.

The Adampur seat in Hisar district fell vacant October this year following the election of HJC president Kuldeep Bishnoi to Parliament from the Hisar Parliamentary constituency.

The Ratia seat had fallen vacant in September after the death of sitting Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) legislator Gian Chand Odh following illness.
