Bhopal: The state which was once known as the ‘Tiger state’ has been witnessing the death of cubs in the recent past.

Two days ago, the cubs of tigress Basni had given birth to two cubs, out of which one was born dead.

Dr Atul Gupta of the Van Vihar National Park, who performed the postmortem of the dead cubs, said the death of the cubs occurred as they had difficulty in breathing.
