Ingredients for
Custard Danish:

250 gms refined floor

250 gms sugar

5 gms salt

5 gms yeast

3 gms bread improver

5 gms gluten

1 egg

150 gms custard

50 gms apricot jam

120 gms butter to roll

120 ml. water


How to make Custard Danish?

Step 1: Beat up refined floor after adding sugar, salt, bread improver, butter, yeast, gluten, egg and water with it.

Step 2: Now roll it with circular motion and cut it in according to your wish. Pour custard on it and bake it in 180 degree preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.

Step 3: Boil apricot jam and pour it on above preparations. Now serve it hot
