New Delhi: Patiala House Court Special CBI Judge Talwant Singh on Monday reserved the order on the bail pleas of three accused involved in the Commonwealth Games 2010 scam.  

However, CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) opposed the bail pleas of the tainted trio and said they do not deserve to be released on bail. Court has reserved its order on the bail till Wednesday.

The trio is accused of conspiring with the main accused of the CWG scam Suresh Kalmadi. Kalmadi and other three have already been granted bail in the graft case.

CBI vehemently opposed the bail pleas of Faridabad-based Gem International promoter— Purushottam Dev Arya and Anil Kumar Madan, and promoter of A K R Constructions A K Reddy.

However, the court has reserved its order till February 15.
