New Delhi: With the aim to remove all the encroachment on its land, the Delhi Development Authority is all set to launch a campaign in this context.

In an effort to muster public support to the campaign, the DDA has also issued helpline numbers and e-mail id through which complaint of any illegal land encroachment can be registered.

About the new helpline numbers, DDA Land Management Commissioner H Rajesh Prasad said, “We have issued directions and have appealed to people to provide information of any illegal land encroachment which is in their knowledge.”

The DDA commissioner added, “Anyone can send email at ddlmcdod@dda.org.in or can contact 24646382 from 6 am to 9 pm. The identity of informers would be kept secret.”

In a recent drive, DDA freed its 4 acre land each in New Ashok Nagar and Kishangarh which had been illegally encroached. To prevent re-encroachment of the freed land, DDA would ensure to erect boundary around the freed land.
