New Delhi: The DDA is going to announce the names of successful applicants of its latest housing scheme by mid-April. On November 25, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) had launched its biggest housing scheme till date, offering 16,000.

“The draw of lots for selecting the lucky applicants will take place sometime in mid-April and all the necessary arrangements have been made” said Neemo Dhar, spokesperson of DDA.

The authority expects to hold the draw between April 15 and 20 and the applicants would be informed through newspaper advertisements by Sunday, she said.

The status of the applicants will be put on the website of DDA tentatively by March 29. The list would include the name of the lucky applicant, his form number and the amount submitted by them.

“All the application forms have been checked thoroughly,” said Dhar and added: “If there are any wrong details in the list, the applicants would be given chance to correct them. The applicants can visit the DDA office for necessary corrections in the forms.”

According to the sources, after uploading the list on the website, six days would be given to the applicants to check if the details are correct.
