Dehradoon(JPN/Bureau): Defence Electronics Application Laboratory (DEAL) has designed a new state-of-art unmanned stealth aircraft. The plane has a special device that would make it untraceable by the enemy interceptors.

Known as Remote Pilot Vehicle (RPV), this new project of DEAL has been deemed fit after 150 test flights. Built under ‘Project Nishant’ this unmanned vehicle was being developed since 1996.

DEAL did the final testing of the RPV in Pokharan last week. It has the capacity to trace enemy instruments in the air, up to the hight of 10,000 feet. It can fly for five hours at a stretch and keep surveillance of several kilometers of our territory.
