As many as 47 percent of Delhiites wish to see AAP form the government as against only 33 percent who favoured BJP, he said, adding that for Congress, it was only 27 percent of Delhi dwellers who wanted to see it return to power.

Delhiites want to see Kejriwal as CM

The data for the survey was collected in August, he added. As for the post of Chief Minister, 41 percent said they want AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal to fill that chair while 20 percent vouched for Sheila Dikshit.

Only 14 percent of Delhiites were in favour of BJP state president Vijay Goel, as per the survey conducted. The survey was conducted under the supervision of prominent psephologist and AAP member Yogendra Yadav.

The survey is also active in September and data was being collected for all 70 Assembly seats, Kejriwal said.
