Spolia has asked Information Technology department to immediately prepare a foolproof action plan on Wi-Fi. Sources said that Spolia has also directed Public Works Department (PWD) to come up with a strong plan to build 20 new colleges and two lakh public toilets across the national capital.

"Officials of Delhi government's IT Department have been directed to immediately prepare a foolproof action plan to provide free Wi-Fi across the city as it was a main poll agenda of AAP," said a senior government official.

The official also said that IT Department's officials have been given three to four days to complete the task. "Once new ministers are sworn in, the department's officials have to give presentations on free Wi-Fi issue before Arvind Kejriwal," sources also said.
Apart from IT department, PWD officials have also been directed to make an action plan to fulfil Aam Aadmi Party's promises.
"Officials of PWD will come out with a strong plan on how to build 20 new colleges and two lakh toilets in different parts of the city. A team of department's officials has been formed to execute the plan," official also said.

AAP had made a host of promises in its manifesto like 24X7 "affordable" power supply, free Wi-Fi across the city, installation of at least 10 lakh CCTV cameras for women security, making water a legal right and slashing VAT significantly.
The manifesto had said the party will not allow FDI in retail in Delhi. It also reiterated the party's long-standing promise of slashing power tariff by half.
