Kishtwar: Expressing fury over frequent detention of locals from Kishtwar town following the e-mail purportedly sent by HuJi operatives claiming responsibility for the Delhi High Court blast, the Muslim community of the town kept their shops closed on Monday.

Accusing police of being incompetent in tracing the sender of e-mail, the Muslim community warned to take to streets if arrest of innocent youths from the Valley continues.

It needs to be mentioned that on Monday, sleuths detained two more youths for their alleged links in Delhi HC blast.

It has been five days have since the bomb blast happened outside Delhi High court on September 7, killing 13 people and leaving more than 80 injured. Police is still struggling for a breakthrough to trace the people who sent the e-mail.

The locals alleged that due to the failure in finding the culprit, the police are now torturing young students of schools and colleges.

However, the bandh did not paralyse normal life in the town. Schools, colleges and offices remained open. Vehicular movement was Normal though shops in few localities remained closed throughout the day.
