"The NDA (National Democratic Alliance) government came to power in May (2014). The Prime Minister has just been doing his personal PR, but no concrete work has been done," Rahul Gandhi said during a roadshow here ahead of the Delhi assembly polls.

"People are asking when will you (Modi) stop talking and start working? There is favouritism for some, and nothing is being done for the poor," he said.

“Congress is the party of the poor. We will come back because we will keep standing by the poor, hold their hands and take them on the path of development," Gandhi added.

Rahul Gandhi promised electricity and water at the lowest possible rates for the people in Delhi.

"We have three promises. We will provide electricity and water on the lowest rate, will make contract workers permanent, and give right to shelter to the people of Delhi," he told reporters after a roadshow.
