New Delhi: While the recent blast outside Delhi High Court shocked the country and the police have not got any major breakthrough yet, court proceedings regarding the blast case of September 13, 2008 are still going on as hearing of 11 accused is yet to be done.

Only 25 have been interrogated out of total 575 witnesses including doctors and police, to date.

After three years of the September 13, 2008 blasts in Delhi, Tis Hazari court had chargsheeted 13 out of the total 26 suspected people. All the 13 suspects have been chargsheeted under different acts of Indian Penal Code.

Out of those 13 accused, 2 have been kept in Tihar Jail Complex of Delhi whereas 11 others are behind the bars of Sabarmati Jail, Gujarat.

It should be mentioned that 12 accused including Indian and Pakistani nationals have been declared absconder by the court and one suspect named Salman has been acquitted from all the charges in connection with the September 13, 2008 blasts.
