50 percent weightage will be given to the marks scored in Class XII board exam, while 50 percent weightage will be given to the marks scored during the trial.
In order to qualify for the admission, the applicants need to score atleast 18 marks out of 50 in the sports trial.

The technical committee of the university will confer marks during the trial and on their recommendations but the final decision will be taken by the college.

The students who have participated in a sport at national or international level will directly get admissions under the super category, provided the game was organized by Olympic Association, Olympic Council of Asia, International Federation of Games or by states’ games associations.

These games include Asian Games, World Championships, Commonwealth Games and Asian Championship.

Three-year record

Those applying for admissions on the basis of the sports quota must produce their three-year record on the basis of which the admission committee will confer the marks. The committee will examine the performance of the student in the game held by the games associations in the last three years. The maximum marks for the certificates will be 50, irrespective of their number.

On the basis of the sports quota, the students can get admission in all the BA, B.Com and B.Sc pass and honours courses. However, the sports quota is not applicable in the engineering courses for which they will have to sit for the entrance exam.
