"I have full faith in the judiciary and the investigating agencies, and the false and fabricated cases made against me would fall flat. During the deliberation on PIL filed by
Prashant Bhushan the Court has not made any adverse order or comment against me," he said in a statement issued in Shimla on Wednesday.
Singh said, as per his information, the Court has asked the CBI and Income Tax authorities to file status report before it in one week.
The Himachal Chief Minister alleged that ever since Assembly elections were announced in the State in 2012 and he was asked to lead the election campaign by the Congress High Command, Prem Kumar Dhumal, his sons and associates have been personally targeting me with an ulterior political motive.
"Firstly with an objective of stopping the Congress from forming the Government and thereafter to destabilize the Congress Government," he said.
"Dhumal and family members have a one point programme of personally attacking me as they find me to be a biggest obstacle in their political ambition of usurping power in the State. In a recent convention of State BJP at Solan, the sole agenda was passing a resolution against me and to target me," he said.
Singh further said during the parliamentary elections, Dhumal had been making public statements that Congress government in the state would fall after the formation of new government at the Centre.
"Dhumal was pressurizing the Union Government to take action against me on the basis of false and fabricated cases made against him on baseless complaints and was trying to pressurize the Union Government to destabilize the democratic elected Congress Government in Himachal Pradesh," he alleged.
He claimed that he would come out clean in this case and the ulterior designs of his opponents would fall flat.
