New Delhi: As the mercury continues to soar giving tough time to Delhiites, there’s one way to treat self with some cool stuff. A ‘Sharbat mela’ began at Dilli Haat located at Pitampura in North-West Delhi, on Friday.

The three-day-long ‘Mela’ will cater to the needs of the visitors with a variety of thirst quenching  sharbats ranging from lemon, kevda, rose, sandal, mint and many more.

Among many stalls, ‘Rajasthan Stall’ has been the at the center of attraction for its refreshing ‘Aaam Panna’ and ‘Bel Sharbat’.

About the ongoing event, an official of Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation said that people will enjoy the variety of tastes popular in different parts of country.

He also added that apart from enjoying the variety of drinks on offer, people would have a pleasant time here witnessing various folk dances and cultural programmes.

Dilli Haat is also famous for its craft stalls from all over India and for a variety of cultural traditions of India.
