Whenever and where ever he played, he did something special to make India proud. He scored thousands of runs and is still appreciated by billions for what he gave to Indian cricket and it's fans.   

Here are few of his IPL T20 records.

1. He is the first Indian and only captain to win the 'Orange Cap' in the history of Indian Premier League, he won it in 2010 while playing with Mumbai Indians. (Second Indian is Robin Uthappa)

2. Sachin also won the best batsman and best captain award in IPL 2010.

3. In IPL 2010: Sachin Tendulkar scored 618 runs in 15 matches at an dashing average of 47.54 and sizzling strike rate of 132.

4. Along with this Sachin smashed five half-centuries in 2010 IPL.

5. Sachin bagged the Man of the Match award four times in the same edition of IPL.

Sachin is the only cricketer to have got every possible award with him and he himself may not know how many records he has owned so far in his cricketing career.

Overall Sachin has played 78 matches in IPL and scored 2334 runs, that includes one century and 13 half-centuries. His IPL average is 33.83.
