This year, the university has done away with entrance tests for various courses and removed the additional eligibility criteria, which earlier varied from college to college.

Making the process more inclusive, it has decided to allow vocational students to apply for undergraduate courses.

As per sources, entrance tests will not be mandatory for Hindi Journalism, Social work, Spanish, German, French and Italian. Admissions to these undergraduate courses will apparently be based on best-of-four aggregates.

The university will also conduct open house on May 21, 22, 26 and 30 in North Campus and on May 23 and 24 in South Campus during which admission related queries will be answered.
This year, the university has slashed application fee for those selecting through online mode. The online application fee is Rs 100 for general and OBC students and Rs 50 for SC/ST students.

The forms will be available at 18 centers across Delhi, including five colleges each in North and South Delhi, three each in West and East Delhi and two in Central Delhi.
