Students were positive about admission in the third cut-off list as around 25 colleges including Hindu and Lady Shri Ram were open for admission to B.Com (Honours) course, while seats for English honours  programme were available at 18 colleges.

The drop in the cut-off, however, was not very significant. In Hindu College, where the second cut-off for B.Com (H) was 97-99.5 percent, the third cut-off is 96.75-98.5 percent.

Hindu and LSR have also announced cut-off for Economics (H) course, along with 10 other colleges. While seven to eight colleges remained open for admission to History and Political Science courses, most colleges closed admissions to various B.Sc Honours courses.

In a relief to students being keen to take admission in Journalism (Honours) course, the prestigious programme remains available at four out of the five colleges where it is offered.

Students can take admission into colleges based on third cut-off list from Tuesday to Thursday.
