A delegation on Wednesday met Human Resource Development Minister Kapil Sibal and briefed him about the problems. According to sources, the ministry took a suo moto notice and sought an explanation from the Delhi University.

As Vice Chancellor is on leave, the Ministry has shot off a letter to the deputy V-C Vivek Suneja to give explanation and solve the problem at the earliest.
