Location: Earls Court, Warwick Road, London
The Earls Court Exhibition Centre is an exhibition centre, conference and event venue located in west London. From exhibitions and conferences to live music, Earls Court holds hundreds of events each year attended by visitors from around the world. Before its construction it was a rural area covered with green fields and market gardens.
Earls Court opened its doors to the public for the Chocolate and Confectionery exhibition on 1 September 1937 followed by The Motor Show and Commercial Vehicle show. For the London 2012 Olympic Games, a purpose-built volleyball court will be installed within the arena, along with temporary seating which can hold upto 15000 spectators.
After the Games the venue will remain one of London’s best exhibition and event spaces.
