New Delhi: As part of poll preparations ahead of the assembly elections in five states, the Election Commission on Friday will hold talks with Union Home Secretary to discuss the availability of sufficient paramilitary forces to conduct election exercise.

Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur, Punjab and Goa are scheduled to go to polls in 2012. The meeting between EC and Home Secretary is being considered as final one ahead of the polls.
