Los Angeles:  Hollywood icon Elizabeth Taylor's Californian mansion has been sold for an undisclosed amount.
The late screen legend, who succumbed to heart failure this March, had spent her final years in the house, which has now been given to an unnamed buyer, tells reports.
Taylor's house in Bel Air, Los Angeles, was put on the market in May, just two months after her demise.
The four-bedroom property, which was the actress' abode till her final hospital stint, was purchased in 1981 from Nancy Sinatra.
The house, which boasts of a maid's quarters, as well as a bathroom with a sauna, a koi pond with a waterfall and a hothouse for orchids, was originally put up for sale with a price tag of USD 8.7 million.
