To test the loyalty of its customers, Facebook crashed the android app version again and again.

Figuring out the odds between Google and Facebook, the social media site wanted to confirm if its users would stick to the android app even in the odd circumstances or switch to an inferior mobile website version.

Reportedly, the users did not give up on the app and downloaded the app thinking of it to be a technical snag. 'People never stopped coming back', a person associated with the test told media. The experiment adopted by Facebook to test its user seems to face passed.
