New Delhi: The links of the fake currency racket busted in Hissar on May 9 by the Haryana police have now been traced to other towns of the state.

The fake notes of the same series of those recovered in Hissar a month back have been found in Maham, Bhiwani and Dadri recently.

The master mind of the fake currency racket sprawling in Haryana is now doubted to have its links in Punjab. The Hissar CIA has arrested five accused with fake currency notes worth Rs 15.25 lakh.

The arrest of Rajpal, a native of a village in Jhajjar district has hinted at a bigger existence of the racket in Rohtak, Bhiwani and Jhajjar districts.
