New Delhi: A fast-track trial of five accused in brutal gang rape and murder case will start from Monday.  The case of sixth accused, supposed to be minor, is being heard by a Juvenile Justice Board.

The trial in this case is likely to be conducted on daily basis for speedy justice. The five men are facing murder, rape, robbery, kidnapping and other charges. The prosecutors are expected to demand the death penalty for the accused.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court will hear the petition filed by the accused demanding the trial to be moved out of Delhi for "proper and justifiable hearing."
