Coffee was once considered to be the pathway to cancer. However, it is now considered one of the foods that fight cancer. It is more packed with antioxidants than fruits and vegetables. It also enhances brain function that protects it from diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson.

Avacado


It's considered dangerous because of its fat content. It does not increase your cholesterol level and is a source of mono-saturated fat that does not clog your arteries.
