More than 50 devices have been launched in just first two months of this year and according to a report, around 1,400-1,500 new models are expected to be launched in 2015.

Here, we bring you the much-awaited smartphones in India:

Asus Zenfone 2

The much-awaited smartphone Asus Zenfone 2, which was introduced in January this year in other countries, is set to be launched in the Indian market in second quarter. The ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML) is reportedly the only smartphone launched in the industry with 4GB of RAM.

ZenFone 2 features a 5.5-inch Full HD (1280x1920p) IPS display and is powered by a 64-bit Intel Atom Z3580 quad-core processor running at 2.3GHz.

The phone will be available in two RAM variants - with 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM and another with 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM.

Xiaomi Mi Note Pro

The Chinese gadget maker Xiaomi had in January unveiled the Mi Note Pro for CNY 3299 (approx Rs 32,900) at an event in Beijing.

The Mi Note Pro sports a 5.7-inch (1440x2560 pixels) QHD display and runs on an octa-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor backed by a 4GB LPDDR4 RAM. The single SIM device works on an Android 4.4.4 KitKat-based MIUI 6.

The smartphone features a 64GB internal storage. The device comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with a Sony CMOS sensor and and two-tone flash. It also sports a 4-megapixel front-camera.

Oppo N3

The Oppo N3 is said to be a high-end camera phone that is built-in with a 16-megapixels f/2.2 motorized swivel camera to capture photos from different angles.

The Oppo N3 smartphone features a 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 chip, 5.5-inch 1080p display, 2 GB of RAM with 32 GB of internal storage.

Asus Zenfone Zoom

The Zenfone Zoom smartphone is reported to be launched in the third quarter of the year.

The Asus new device sports a 5.5-inch full HD IPS display with 1920×1080 pixels of resolution. This phone runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop wrapped under the company’s Zen UI.

Zenfone Zoom features 13 megapixel camera with 3X optical zoom and 5 megapixel front-facing camera.

LG G Flex 2:

South Korean multinational LG during an event in 2015 had announced its latest bendable-screen smartphone G Flex 2.

The LG G Flex 2 looks offers a 5.5-inch FHD screen, a Snapdragon 810 processor and 3 GB of RAM.
