The bench of Justice RR Prasad reserved the verdict after hearing petitioner Mithilesh Prasad's contention that Nitish Kumar and Shivanand Tiwari should also be made accused in the fodder scam, submitting to the court a list of witnesses and accused who had given statements against the two political leaders.

The court also heard the arguments of the CBI in this regard.

The court had earlier asked the petitioner to place before it on what points he sought CBI investigation against Nitish Kumar and Shivanand Tiwari.

Former Bihar Chief Ministers Lalu Prasad and Jagannath Mishra were convicted in a fodder scam on September 30, 2013.
