Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court on Friday asked the CBI to file a reply on the plea of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, who sought deposition of remaining witness in the multi-crore fodder scam.

Lalu, in his petition, has claimed that the investigating agency, CBI, has intentionally not called many witnesses of to depose in the court. He has requested it to direct the CBI to call all the witnesses for questioning.
Lalu has also alleged that the CBI has falsely implicated him in the multi-crore fodder scam case due to political pressur.

The court has posted the matter for further hearing till May 11.
