“He has got elected as the Chief Minister and Congress has supported from outside. Our policy is very clear that the government should function. But the person at the helm should talk with care,” Shinde said on Sunday.

"For instance, Dr Manmohan Singh runs a coalition government, it’s a very difficult task. That's an example before the country," he added.

Kejriwal was earlier on Saturday sworn in as  seventh Chief Minister of Delhi. He was administered the oath of office and secrecy by Delhi Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung.

Besides Kejriwal, six other Cabinet Ministers of new government were also sworn in at the historic Ramlila Maidan. The ministers are Manish Sisodia, Somnath Bharti, Rakhi Birla, Satyendra Jain, Saurabh Bharadwaj and Girish Soni.
