Aurangabad: Former Bihar Cooperative Minister and Aurangabad MLA Ramadhar Singh, facing charges of making communal and inflammatory speech in 1992, Got bail on Friday.

Additional District and Sessions Judge (II) Alok kumar Pandey granted him bail after being satisfied with defence arguments.
Singh was declared an absconder by a local court in May 1995 after he had repeatedly failed to appear before it in connection with the case registered by the police in Madanpur Thana.

Singh had to resign from the Nitish Kumar Cabinet after much public outcry over him being the part of the government despite declared an absconder.

At last he resigned from the state Cabinet and surrendered before court on May 26.
