Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Vigilance Department on Thursday raided the residence of former DMK minister Durai Murugan here on charges of possessing disproportionate assets.

 The Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption also raided premises of his relatives in nine areas all over the state. These include five in Vellore, two in Chennai and one in Melkotaiyur in Kancheepuram district, DVAC sources said.
