New Delhi: Former Haryana Minister Karan Singh Dalal, a prosecution witness in a disproportionate assets case against former Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala, on Tuesday said he had not said anything in evidence in a Delhi court to suit the accused and his sons.

"There is not an iota of truth" in media reports that his testimony in the court was in favour of Chautala and his sons, Dalal said in a statement here.

He was referring to a PTI report which had said that his testimony during cross-examination was a setback to the prosecution and that he did not support the CBI case.

"I vehemently deny and controvert" this, the former Haryana Minister said, adding that he reiterated his statement recorded in the court.
