Conscious to face the seniors in a new college, the freshers popularly called ‘fuchhas’ are giving attention to every little thing to make their big day special.

The fuchchas are required to take note of the timetable displayed on the college notice board in order to make sure that they do not miss any initial classes.

Well decked up to make an individual statement, the freshers are matching their attire with stylish bags, footwear and suitable accessories on their way to college.

The first day at the college is usually marked with orientation programmes for the students where they get a chance to interact with the teachers who guide them on future course of action.

The students also look to join various dance, music, theatre and debating societies which hold their auditions to select the best talent to represent the college in the inter-college festivals.

Not to forget the enjoyment factor, the students will soon get a chance to shake a leg at the fresher parties hosted by the college departments.

Most importantly, the freshers are advised to immediately report any incident of ragging to the college. So, go ahead and rock on your first day of college.
