Google's Nexus 5 device sparked joy among smartphone lovers as it was the first handset to run on latest Android version KitKat. Internet giant Google underestimated demand for its flagship Nexus 5 phone, which ran out of stock within hours of listing for sale in India.

Though both of these phones are powered by KitKat but what will matter the most here is the processing speed of the handset. While Samsung Galaxt S5 runs on 2.5GHz quad-core application processor along with 2GB of RAM, Google Nexus 5 is powered by 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM.

The screen size of Galaxy S5 is a bit larger than the Google’s flagship phone as it possesses 5.1-inch display, while Nexus 5 is installed with a 4.95-inch screen. In terms of storage, Google Nexus 5 has got not external storage. These devices come in 16GB and 32GB storage variants.
