Ghaziabad: Ghaziabad Development Authority is all set to launch group housing scheme in Indirapuram area of Ghaziabad.
The proposed high rise township will be a masterpiece of great architecture. Around 1300 units will be constructed in the proposed township project spread across 35 thousand square meters.
The GDA seeks to provide modern facilities to the customers in the ambitious project and will ensure to match the international standards.
Notably, due to sudden boom in the property prices at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad ranked in the list of ten fast-developing cities.
The proposed township project will be constructed by GDA in Kanavani village area. The cost of the project has been estimated at Rs 400 crore. According to the plan, towers of 25-27 floors will be built in the township.
In order to give a better infrastructure to the proposed township, GDA on Wednesday conducted an ‘architectural contest’ which received 22 entries.
