New Delhi: Those lagging behind in applying for the bank jobs have a reason to rejoice.

With no dearth of vacancies in several nationalized and private banks, the aspirants can now pull up their socks to compete for the post of clerks, probationary officers and managers.

The Corporation Bank has announced 317 vacancies for the post of Assistant Managers (PO recruitment). The aspirants need to register for the exam before July 11 with deposition of Rs 100 for General or OBC and Rs 20 for SC/ST. Login to to apply for the same.

The IBPS scores acquired by the applicant will be taken into consideration for the post. The general candidates need to have minimum 25 marks in each test while the OBC, SC and ST candidates need to have 21 marks in each test.

Also the general category need to have total weighed score (TWS) of minimum 151 whereas the OBC 141, SC/ST 126 and CI/HI/OC candidates need to have atleast 106.

Only those between 20-30 years of age and with 55 percent marks in graduation (50 percent for SC/ST/PWD) can apply for the posts.

Declaring PO recruitment, the Oriental Bank of Commerce has also announced 325 seats for probationary officers along with 100 seats for agriculture officers. The applicants need to have total score in IBPS exam (TWS): 120 with 24 in each section (General) and 105 with 21 in each section (others).

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the received applications as per their TWS score. Only those ranking high in merit will be selected in the ratio of 1:3 (General) and 1:5 (others).

A NEFT challan need to be made for the registration after which the applicants can log into for further formalities.

The job showers don’t just end here as India’s second largest private sector bank ICICI bank has also opened PO vacancies for the aspirants.

One can apply before July 15 on Eager to draw in the youth, the bank will consider only those below 25 years of age and with no family member in the same bank for the post. The applicants need to have a minimum of 55 percent marks in graduation.
