New Delhi: In airhostess Geetika Sharma suicide case, police have got sufficient evidences against Haryana’s former Minister of State for Homes, Gopal Goyal Kanda, and his company (MDLR) general manager Aruna Chadha. Police have prepared a chargesheet against both of the accused which is likely to be presented in the court on Friday. In the chargesheet, the police have also mentioned the findings of Gynaecologist report which reportedly suggests that Geetika was forced for abortion.

According to a senior official of Delhi Police, 80 percent of the investigation has been completed against Kanda. Police had accessed many strong evidences when Kanda was underground immediately after the death of Geetika Sharma. Police is also believed to have accessed evidences regarding pressure on the deceased to return back to her job in MDLR. It has also found that Geetika was mentally tortured by her employers. The information received by the police from MDLR staff Mandeep has provided them enough ammunition which will help them to tighten noose on Kanda.

Mandip has revealed to the police about intimacy between Kanda and Geetika and the documents collected from emails also prove that Kanda was adamant on not letting the deceased to leave his company.

Geetika’s kin have expressed satisfaction with the progress of the police investigation. Geetika Sharma, who was found dead on August 4-5 night at her Delhi’s Ashok Vihar residence, had left a suicide note in which she had accused Gopal Kanda and Aruna Chadda responsible for creating the circumstances which forced her to take the extreme step.
