Here Nitya Couture designer Gautam Gupta shares interesting ideas for brides to be on Valentine’s Day to add glamour, glitz and panache to their wedding trousseau.

1)    Wearing an Ombre dyeing long jacket over a net Lehenga with work of resham, cut dana and Swarovski. Colours such as Persian red, Brick red, Forested tulip, Aurora pink will look nice.

The color combination adds splendor and is perfect for the Valentine theme. This look is more apt for a bride which prefers fusion wear for her D day.

2)    Bold and modern bride can go for a couture gowns having beautiful stitching textures in the form of ruffles, pleats or any other form giving it a soft and fairy tale look.

The colours which can look nice are crimson red, rose red, majestic pink, fuchsia and there can be broaches of jewellery motifs used on shoulders or stone embellished belts around waist.

3)    Traditional look of the Valentine bride is more impactful. They can go for the classic kalidar Lehenga with a ‘chunni’ but in the embroidery of zardosi, mukesh and stone work along with some appliques of velvet on the kalis.

They can also have a jewellery style neck line on the blouse or corset with work on the shades on red and pink.

As love rules on almost everything like menu, venue or theme, get magical dose of V-Day on your wedding day and become cynosure with your regal attires.
