The 16GB variant of the handset will be available at Rs 26,999 while the 32GB version is announced at Rs 29,999.

This device is the successor to Gionee Elife E6. The 16GB variant Gionee Elife E7 is a single-SIM phone, which runs on a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 that clocked at 2.2GHz. The device comes with 2GB of RAM. On the other hand, the 32GB variant of this handset includes 3GB RAM and a 2.5GHz processor.

The smartphone is powered by Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system and contains Gionee’s custom Amigo 2.0 user interface layer. It is installed with a 5-inch display that is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

The storage capacity of both variants is not expandable. It also includes Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi, GPRS, EDGE, GPS/ AGPS, 3G and 4G (for 32GB variant) as connectivity options.
