Services like residence certificates, income certificate, NOC to transport dead bodies, birth certificates in panchayat and municipality and others would be covered under the Act.

The Chief Minister said that out of the 14 services, the first five would be covered by March 1 this year, while others would be covered by June 1.

"Though the Act would help in curtailing corruption, it won't be able to eliminate it," Parrikar said.
